What will we do?

It's so easy for us to get caught up in the mind. Work, families, relationships, plus the never-ending to do list! But you deserve rest. You deserve to feel relaxed and free from all that is weighing down on you. Tantra is all about finding the bliss of the present moment, but if we can't even relax for a second... how could we find that bliss? So, rest is an essential part of Tantra. In this workshop we dive deep into multiple types of rest that everyone needs. I'll lead you through a relaxation of the nervous system as a whole! Using breathwork, gentle stretching, senses activation, and an incredible heart awakening and universal love meditation I'll help you go deeper into the present moment in utter rest! This workshop has had amazing testimonials, with people feeling like they're floating out when done! I highly recommend this one to anyone struggling to get out of their mind and to rest in their body. Some people prefer smaller groups to learn in. While some just want to take a specific workshop that's not on my group schedule at the moment. That's why I've created these magical private experiences. These will take place at Mystic Movement in Bremerton, WA in one of their private back rooms that I reserve just for us OR via video chat to anywhere in the world!
