How To Prepare
-
BE CAREFUL! Your safety is always more important. If you punch pillows make sure you don't hurt your hands. If you scream, make sure you don't hurt your voice. You can always scream at a lower register. Be safe FIRST.
-
Find a safer space where you'll be able to really let loose, make some noise without restricting yourself, and move your body.
-
Wireless headphones work best for this one so you can hear me through your rage.
-
If you can't find a space to make noise comfortably know that moving your body is enough to move the rage if you commit to it. Fully embody the rage!
-
Try to stay out of story. Maybe you come to this practice with a story in mind about your anger, but try to leave the story behind and just focus on the expression.
-
This audio is designed to help you drop into your primal rage. Used frequently, this practice is transformative for all.
