Refund Policy for Lona Teaches Bliss Site

At Lona Teaches Bliss, we strive to ensure a positive experience for all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for events, coaching sessions, and monthly memberships.

By registering for our events (including pre-recorded videos), purchasing coaching services, or signing up for a monthly membership, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Public Workshop Refund Policy
a. Cancellations Made by You:

We do not issue refunds for workshops and events.

Thank you for understanding the complexity of holding live events.

You may transfer your ticket to someone else for the same event any time before the event begins.
b. Cancellations Made by Us:
-
If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Alternatively, you may choose to apply the amount paid to a future event.
-
We reserve the right to end a workshop or event at any time for any reason for no refund, especially for our safety or yours.
c. No-Show Policy:

No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the event.

We appreciate if you let us know you can't make it, so we don't set you up a space in the workshop, or so we could donate your ticket to someone who can't afford to come otherwise.

2. Coaching Services Refund Policy
a. Session Cancellations Made By You:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled coaching session will receive the option to reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will still be rescheduled but may incur a no-show fee of $50.
-
Emergencies accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
b. Cancellations Made By Us:
-
If we need to cancel the coaching session for any reason, you will be contacted immediately to reschedule the session.
c. No-Show Policy:
-
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the no-show fee of $50. All no-show fees must be paid before we can continue a future session.
d. Package Refunds:

We are not required to issue any refunds for fully paid coaching packages.

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

For payment plans, we are not required to cancel the future payments. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

You will never be refunded for sessions you have already used, even if we do decide to give you a partial refund for any reason.

3. Private Workshop Refund Policy
a. Cancellations Made by You:

We do not issue refunds for private workshops.
b. Cancellations Made by Us:
-
If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted to reschedule for a future date.

We reserve the right to end the workshop or coaching session at any time for any reason for no refund, especially for our safety or yours.
c. No-Show Policy:
-
No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the coaching session or workshop, or if you choose to never schedule the dates to begin with.

A $50 no-show fee may be charged to you if you miss the coaching session and do not give us 24-hour's notice.

A $100 no-show fee may be charged to you if you do not give us 24-hour's notice that you will miss a scheduled workshop.

A $200 no-show fee may be charged to you if you fail to inform me that you cannot make the workshop at least 2-hours prior to the workshop in Seattle or 1-hour prior to the workshop in Bremerton or online, as I've already shown up, blocked my calendar, and paid the venue fee.

If you can't make the workshop or coaching session for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as you know you cannot make it at Lonagarner@gmail.com.

4. Monthly Membership Refund Policy
a. Cancellations Made by You:

We do not accept refunds for the monthly membership. You will receive the recording of the workshop for any month you have paid.

You may cancel your membership at any time and all cancellations will apply to the following month. No retroactive or partial refunds will be given.
b. Cancellations Made by Us:
-
If we need cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule that month's workshop for a future date, which may even fall into the next month. Even if you aren't paying for the following month, you will still get access to that workshop. There will still be another workshop given that next month, as usual.

If there is a technical issue and you cannot connect live for any reason, you will receive the recording of the workshop.
c. No-Show Policy:

No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the live workshop or watch the recording within the time limit of your subscription.

You will not be allowed to watch the recording after your subscription ends if you cancel your subscription.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at Lonagarner@gmail.com with your name, your order details, and reason for the request.

To avoid no-show fees please email us at Lonagarner@gmail.com as soon as you know you cannot make a session. You can also adjust most session dates and times on the members log in portal of our site.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and Video Workshops and Content are non-refundable,
-
Any fees paid to third-party service providers, such as payment processing fees, are non-refundable.
