Conscious Touch

Understanding how to touch in an art! Making both people feel safe and seen is sometimes hard to find these days. Join me in this active workshop to learn and feel what it's like to touch consciously. We'll start by learning a new way to view consent, then move into activities that will get you out of the mind and into the body. We'll learn how to feel what yes and no in our bodies mean, then we will actually get to practice negotiating and doing conscious touch. All activities are in full consent, and you'll never be asked to do anything you're not comfortable with. All touch will be with clothes on. Please RSVP to reserve your spot, as space is limited.
