Open Your Heart

Has your heart gone through a lot in 2022? Mine has! When our hearts go through difficult days they tend to close off to protect themselves. This is a natural process. But how can we feel all the joy in the world with a closed heart? Join me in this delicious workshop to open your heart to the joy of the world again! This will be the third time I've given this beautiful workshop, and I have to say it's one of the best! We go deep into the process of opening the heart starting at the physical level. We open the muscles that close the heart first. Then we go into energetic opening, with each exercise designed to open you even further. I'll guide you beautifully through each process as we gently open to the bliss of the present moment. I have had many testimonials just from this workshop alone. Trust us, it's worth it!
