Open Your Heart

A truly heartfelt experience! In this workshop we move into the heart, which takes courage. Through life we naturally and unintentionally close our hearts off. This is because of trauma, fear, stress, discomfort, heartbreak, etc. Through this beautiful workshop you can reconnect with the heart space and open yourself up to be more loving and compassionate in the present moment. I have given this workshop 6 times now and each time the students rave about how they feel at the end. It is my intention to hold this loving, opening container with courage and safety. 

This will be held in Seattle at the Havn Healing Center, a beautiful space to allow this expansion. This workshop is open to all people. I aim to make it a safer space for all. LGBTQ+ welcome. Polyamory welcome. Disabilities welcome and accommodated. Witches welcome. All of you is welcome here. 

This is a fully participatory experience. We don't just talk about how to open your heart, we do active exercises as a group to go deeper into the opening. This workshop is filled to the brim with ways to physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically open the heart space. No previous experience is required.
