About the event
One of my favorite ways to get to the bliss of the present moment is through the heart space! Join me in one of my most precious workshop experiences where we will actively work to open our hearts! What does this mean? We will be working as a group with gratitude, chest relaxation, the 4-part hug, guided heart energy work, heart gifting and more! I've had incredible feedback about this workshop, including at Burning Man, where I gave this to over 70 people one day! By the end you could feel more open, relaxed, loving, connected, and in your body.
