This may be one of my favorite workshops, and definitely one of my most beautiful! Come enjoy a delicious, loving, and community-centric heart opening through the tools of Tantra!
We start by getting out of the mind and into the body using classic Tantra techniques like breath, movement, and energy. Then we begin the gentle heart opening with some emotions and physical stretches. Most exercises you'll find a new partner to work with. You can come solo or with people you know. This workshop, especially, is great for meeting other people, and you are also welcome to work with those you already know. Once we get deep into the workshop we will share our heart energy with each other in a beautiful exercise!
One of my favorite parts about teaching this workshop is feeling the nerves and excitement at the beginning of the class then seeing how everyone opens up…
