About the event

Join us for a night of literally just dance! We will meet at Tones Fitness in the yoga room where I've prepared a sacred space for us to explore movement through sound! Circle starts at 7 and you must attend circle! To keep us focused on just dance we will have: no talking, no cellphones or cameras, no shoes, and no judgement. Show up as you are, and surrender to the dance!
