PURE Dance - February

Looking for a space that's devoted just to dance? You found it! Dance is my sanctuary, so join me on the floor where we co-create a sacred space to just dance! This means that there is no talking, no shoes (optional), no phones or cameras, and no judgement! We all just show up in a room I've prepared with a playlist I've prepared and the whole goal is to move in any way you desire! 

This is just like ecstatic dance, if you've heard of that! These guidelines help us drop into the dance and not focus on anything else. This can help us go deeper into the moment and remain in movement and freedom! I find that my mind goes into a trance-like state when there aren't any other distractions. I find that I'm not doing anything performatively and really focusing on what my body wants to do. And…
