PURE Dance - March

This is a unique dance experience. There's no steps to follow, there's no one trying to talk to you, there's no uncomfortable clothes or shoes! It's a space devoted to freeform dance. What's that mean? It means there are no rules on how you can move. Just move. Or don't move. It's really up to you! But the music I will be playing will probably make you want to move! 

I take you on a musical journey through movement. We start slow and warm up the body. Then it moves to faster beats and harder drops. In the end I bring you down gently until we are all lying on the floor in silence. Afterwards, I allow space for community connection. If you wish you can stay and chat or just chill.
