Radiant Rest - Bremerton

This is a luscious relaxation into your deep truth. Come get cozy and surrender to the power of stillness and guided meditation! But first, we get really embodied! We start with some gentle movement to prepare the body for rest that includes some easy dance and light stretching. Then I awaken your senses to the present moment. When you are in your body, you are more able to let go of the constant chatter and be at peace. I follow this up with a Heart Awakening and Total Self Love guided visualization. And we end with a restorative grouding meditation. This is truly a treat for you! 

There will be meditation cushions, blankets and some yoga mats available to use. Please bring any specific squish you desire beyond that, like an extra comfy yoga mat, fluffy blankets, pillows, or whatever you like!
