Radiant Rest Workshop

As a general rule of thumb, most of us are over-worked, under-rested, and not planning a break anytime soon. Here's your sign to take that break. Ever feel like you just took a vacation and now you need a vacation from your vacation? It's because we need rest on 7 different levels, not just one! Physical rest is amazing! But if you're exhausted on a spiritual level, then physical rest can only go so far. In this workshop we are going to move into relaxation on all 7 levels: physical, mental, social, spiritual, sensory, emotional, and creative. Join me for a night of serving your inner goddess/emperor of rest.
