About the event
Do you want to start over with your connection to your body? Let's go back to the start and clear anything blocking you from feeling into your body. The body/mind connection gets fuzzy from trauma, living in the past or future, stress, or just not prioritizing it. In this workshop we will be diving deep into the main reasons this connection gets blocked, then we'll be working in active exercises to light up the body and rebirth that connection. This event is for anyone! No experience needed.
