Sensual Awakening - Seattle

The first weekend of Spring calls for something special. Allow it to be awakened deep within you, so that you can fall easily into the transformational powers of the Spring Equinox! This workshop is a delicious dip into the senses! The senses make up everything that you experience in this reality, so to drop into the senses is to drop into this moment in time. Allow me to guide you to this awakening through the powers of Tantric practice. Discover the well of bliss that is always available to you, and just waiting to come alive! 

In this workshop we will explore the body using all 5 senses! Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, and Touch. This is a solo journey, because I don't want you to think you need to rely on anyone else to get into this blissful state. We will meander through many activations of the senses so that by the end you'll land solidly in the body and out of the mind. This experience is great for anyone looking to find out what it's like to be in an altered state of consciousness through the body.
