Sensual Embodiment

To be in the senses is to be sensual. It has nothing to do with sex, although it would certainly make sex more spicy! In this workshop we will work to get out of the mind and activate the senses of the body. We will do this through breath, movement, and sound along with some dance. Embodiment is more than just meditating. I believe that to truly embody we must move and shift our space. We will also move through a 5-senses activation. Once we are embodied, we will build some sensual energy then give ourselves a guided self massage. Clothes will remain on the entire time. So, if you're feeling disconnected from your body or desire to go deeper into your connection and flow with some sensual energy then join me on Sunday January 8th at 5pm at Mystic MVMT.
