The Tantric approach to emotional liberation starts with the understanding that your emotional landscape is changeable! Emotions aren't set in stone. If you fake a smile you might actually feel happier! So, we will use pleasure to feel all your most difficult emotions. By using pleasure at the same time, you can find ecstatic grief, blissful anger, and joyful shame.
