Workshop Waiver

I, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in workshops provided by Lona Teaches Bliss. I understand that the workshops provided to me are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment.*

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that workshops may involve physical, emotional, energetic or psychological risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive any claim against Lona Teaches Bliss, its teachers, coaches, employees, venues, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to my participation in workshops.*

Release of Liability: I release Lona Teaches Bliss, its owner, its coaches, employees, venues, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, emotional distress, or property damage, resulting from my participation in workshops.*

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lona Teaches Bliss, its coaches, employees, venues, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my conduct during workshops. *

I understand that Lona can choose to end the workshop at any time for any reason for no refund. *

Acknowledgment of Continuity: I understand that this agreement applies to any workshops I take today and for all future workshops I participate in provided by Lona Teaches Bliss. *

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release form. I understand that by signing this form, I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies.*

Ongoing Consent and Release: I acknowledge that this waiver applies to the current workshop as well as to all future workshops, events, and sessions hosted by Lona Teaches Bliss unless explicitly revoked in writing. I understand that this release remains in effect indefinitely and covers all activities, including but not limited to workshops. *

Acknowledgement of No Refunds: I acknowledge that Lona Teaches Bliss does not offer refunds for workshops. *
