Tantra is all about getting out of the mind and into the body. The body is the key. To do this we will be using the most accessible tools of Tantra: breath, movement, sound, mindfulness, and energy! We will use these tools to get really embodied and from this space of embodiment you will learn to move your life force energy around your body. 

This isn't some far off, elusive skill either. You're doing it right now while reading this! Where you place your attention is where your energy will go. We've just forgotten how to get into this luscious state of energy working. In Tantra there are many ways to use your energy to go deeper into the bliss of the present moment. I'll be teaching the Microcosmic Orbit, a building block of energy work in Tantra. You'll also leave with step-by-step instructions on how to continue your practice at home.
