GLOW: Tantric Energy Workshop

This mystical practice doesn't have to be a secret! In Tantra, we learn to move our own personal energy up our chakras so that we can experience new states of bliss! In this fully participatory workshop, we will go on a journey into our own energy! You don't have to know anything about energy, because I'll walk you through each step, building on the last! Each workshop I build is specially designed to take you on a journey into yourself. We will be exploring energy work through: inner smile practice, embodiment, dance, step-by-step guide through energy, bliss states, presence, and breath!
