This Online Workshop License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of purchase ("Effective Date") by and between Lona Teaches Bliss ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and accessing the online workshop ("Workshop"), the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and participate in the Workshop for personal use only. Licensee may not share, distribute, or resell the Workshop materials in any form without prior written consent from Licensor.
2. Restrictions
Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:
Workshop materials (videos, worksheets, PDFs, recordings, and other content) are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared with others.
Licensee may not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Workshop materials.
Unauthorized use or distribution of Workshop content will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
3. Intellectual Property
All Workshop content is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to Licensee.
4. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Workshop, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise specified by Licensor.
5. Termination
Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke access to the Workshop if Licensee violates any terms outlined in this Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Licensor is not responsible for any technical failures, personal outcomes, or damages resulting from participation in the Workshop. Licensee acknowledges that results may vary.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where Licensor is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing and accessing the Workshop, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
